THE CNOSC TRAINS IT’S PERSONNEL

The Cameroon National Olympic and Sports Committee held an information and training seminar with the African Center of Olympic Studies (ACOS) this Tuesday 27th October 2020 at the conference hall of the CNOSC.

The seminar which was opened by the president of the CNOSC, Hamad KALKABA MALBOUM had as main objective to strengthen the professional and personal skills of the staff for a better efficiency at work.

The two days seminar kickoff on Tuesday October 27th at exactly 9 am, and ended on Wednesday October 28th at 3 pm. The first lecture was given by Prof. Jean TABI MANGA, the Director General of the African Center of Olympic Study on the theme “Olympism and the Olympic Charter. After which the Secretary General of the CNOSC David OJONG made a presentation on “the faces of the new governance of the CNOSC”

The second day equally continued with two presentations; that of the Deputy Director General of the ACOS Dr. Oumarou TADO on “Deontology and administrative writing”, the last presentation on “participatory Teaching” was made by Mr. MAYAM RE-NIOF Blaise, Executive Director of the National Olympic Academy of Cameroon.

This it was quite an instructive seminar and who say learning equally say, thus evaluation the personnel could not go without restituting what they learned during these two days and this was done through workshops meant to evaluate their understanding.
